Some parts of north-eastern British
Columbia, in Canada do, between Pacific and Mountain time, what Saskatchewan
does between Mountain and Central. i.e.: during summer, they're with Pacific
time, during the winter, with Mountain. The same holds true for the
south-eastern corner of BC as well. As a Canadian, I was pleased to see that you
got Saskatchewan's behaviour right, but there was still the correction needed in

Sam's Navy radio operator many years ago, we had more than usual interest in
time zones, even back in those times when people didn't travel quite so much.
Back then, we referred to Greenwich time as zebra time. When you recording time
in GMT (Greenwich Meridian Time), you would put a 'Z' behind the time you
recorded. Perhaps the 'Z' was short for zero meridian ... hmmmm! I had never
thought of that before. I did visit Greewich once. They had the zero meridian
(Prime Meridian) actually marked on the pavement there. I thought that was
neat.

There should be something to explain why Arizona and Indiana are marked for both
time zones (they dont change their clocks back and forth).

WST GMT+8 (West Australia) and CST GMT+9.5 (South Australia) it is known as CWST
and is GMT+8.75 and starts at Norseman, West Australia and ends at Ceduna South
Australia over the famous "Nullabor Plains" area of the Great Australian Bight.
